1. Through how many devices can I access one video lecture?

You can access a video lecture through only one device. Once you start watching the lecture on a device you cannot switch to another device. 

2. Do I need any software to access the lectures on computer/laptop? 

You will need Rioplay to play the lectures. The link to download and install the software is provided on each course page.

3. How long will I have access for after purchasing the lecture? 

It differs from course to course. Some lectures have a validity of six months, but most have a validity of 12 months. The information is provided on each course page. 

4. How many times can I watch the videos?

You can watch one video lecture 1.5 times, i.e. If a subject has 10 modules, you can watch all 10 modules once and then watch any five modules a second time.

5. Are there any installment options for paying?

No, there are no installment options for payment. 

6. What is your refund policy? Do you provide refunds?

We provide refund on certain conditions. Please check our refund policy page for accurate information. The link is in the footer. 

7. Do we get any discount?

We do offer discounts occasionally. Whenever we do, we update it on the website and other social media handles. 

8. Do you conduct live physical classes?

As of now, we are not conducting physical lectures consistently. After the pandemic situation has cleared further, we will provide a definite update on physical lectures. As for online live lectures, we do conduct them currently from time to time.

9. Is all content up-to-date?

Yes, all the content in the video lectures on this site is up-to-date with respect to the upcoming CA exams. If that is not the case, we clearly mention it in the product description.

10. Do you conduct mock tests?

As of now, we do not conduct mock tests for online lectures.

11. How do you clear doubts?

12. What constitutes a breach of Intellectual Property (IP)?

Sharing of the Google Drive/Pen Drive lectures, recording the lectures, multiple people watching the lectures, displaying our video lectures publicly or privately, to people who have not purchased it from us, constitutes a violation of our Intellectual Property. Such violations are taken seriously by us and we will pursue all legal actions to full extent to ensure our rights are protected.
